The Good Samaritan

The Good Samaritan

I have been robbed, feeling nothing but pain. Having nothing, no clothes, no help and no love. The taste of the salty blood drips in my mouth and races down my leg. I look up and see the clouds and 2 men walk past me as if I wasn’t there, looking through me as if I was invisible without a care in the world. I look down and see a shadow of a man and I feel a soft hand grab me as I am lifted onto an animal. I feel the soft fur across my back. As I gain consciousness I see a Samaritan, out of all the people in the world. He smiles at me and I smile back glad that someone has finally noticed me and helped me. I doze off to sleep. When I awake the man had disappeared. I feel safe and secure to meet one Good Samaritan.
